ISO 9001:2015
Ensures consistent processes, service quality, customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Certification in progressISO 9001 is the standard for a quality management system: consistent processes, measured outcomes and a formal improvement cycle rather than ad-hoc fixes. It is the operational discipline underneath every other commitment on this page — the reason a security control or a privacy process, once put in place, stays in place.

- Customer support and issue resolution for ATS customers
- Internal quality objectives and continuous-improvement review
ISO 9001, answered
Why does ISO 9001 certification matter?
It means an accredited, independent auditor — not Expertini itself — has verified that we actually run the Quality Management System programme the standard requires, rather than us simply saying we do.
Where can I get the audit report or certificate?
ISO 9001 is still certification in progress — there is no certificate to publish yet. Once it's issued, it will appear in our document center. In the meantime, security and procurement teams can request our current status directly.
Can I reference this in my own compliance assessment?
Once issued, yes — you're welcome to cite Expertini ATS's ISO 9001 certification as part of your own vendor due diligence. You remain responsible for assessing your own organisation's use of the platform against your compliance requirements.
