ISO 22301:2019

Ensures we are prepared to continue critical services and recover effectively from disruptions, outages or disasters.

Certification in progress

ISO 22301 is the standard for a business continuity management system: planning, tested procedures and recovery targets for keeping critical services running through a disruption, and recovering quickly from one that cannot be avoided. For an ATS that employers and candidates rely on during active hiring, that continuity is not a nice-to-have.

FAQ

ISO 22301, answered

Why does ISO 22301 certification matter?

It means an accredited, independent auditor — not Expertini itself — has verified that we actually run the Business Continuity Management programme the standard requires, rather than us simply saying we do.

Where can I get the audit report or certificate?

ISO 22301 is still certification in progress — there is no certificate to publish yet. Once it's issued, it will appear in our document center. In the meantime, security and procurement teams can request our current status directly.

Can I reference this in my own compliance assessment?

Once issued, yes — you're welcome to cite Expertini ATS's ISO 22301 certification as part of your own vendor due diligence. You remain responsible for assessing your own organisation's use of the platform against your compliance requirements.

Want the certificate itself?

Browse the document center, or request anything not public yet.

Need it for a vendor review?
